  1. File I-130 with immigration, however I suggest consulting with an immigration lawyer first..

  2. congratulations on your newly wed ...go to immigration office pick up an application for sponsorship / married foreigner and apply for green card.

  3. Get a lawyer to file a wavier for you. It should cost about 2000.00 dollars.  You will process some forms and submit a lot of paper work.  The most imortant thing you need to write is a letter of hardship.  This will state how hard your life will be if he went to mexico and you had to go with him.  For example if you have any medical conditions or family problems by leaving the US.  For me, I married a woman from mexico and I own my own business and have medical problems and take care of my dad, so my hardships were great, and thus when the interview in Juarez comes up they will grant them a green card to stay with you in the states.  You also have to prove that you are above poverty so that you could sponer him.  I hope I explained it well enough for you.

  4. if he is here in the US and entered legally then you just have to go online to uscis.gov and download the forms necessary, file them out, file them and wait and wait and wait. (it is a LONG process)

if he is not in the US or did not enter legally then it is not nearly as easy a process.

i would recommend calling an attorney and having a free consultation to see what can be done in your specific situation.  you do not give us enough information to give a complete response.

  5. I would say, just hire a good lawyer.  Strange order of priorities though.

  6. Marriage will not guarantee him a visa. It needs to be done from his home country.
