  1. Determine Your Band Size

1.) Measure around the chest directly under the breast at a constant height with the cloth measuring tape. (If the bra size works out to an ODD number go up one inch to the next EVEN number.)

2.) Now measure around the chest at the height of the fullest part of the breast. The measuring tape should be held horizontal, flat on your back, and your arms should be down. Make a note of that measurement.

3.) To determine the proper Cup Size, find the difference between step 2 and step 1 (step 2 - step 1.) Use the chart below to determine your Cup Size.

    Size Chart

Half Inch Difference = AA Cup

One Inch Difference = A Cup

Two Inch Difference = B Cup

Three Inch Difference = C Cup

Four Inch Difference = D Cup

Five Inch Difference = DD or E cup

Six Inch Difference = F Cup

Seven Inch Difference = G Cup

    Example

Step 1: Under bust measurement is 34".

Step 2: Fullest part measurement is 37".

    Step 3: 37 - 34 = 3" difference. Cup size is C.

    Result: Buy a 34C bra.

My chest size is 32 and around my b*****s=35 inches, which is a C-cup.  My bra size=32C.

  2. where ever the biigest part of your boob is if it's hihger up then there if's it around your nipple there

  3. The traditional measuring formula that tells you to either measure around the top of your chest or add 4 or 5 inches to your underbust measurement does not work at all. It gives me a result of 34B or 34C, whereas I actually wear a 30F or 30FF. The best way to estimate your bra size using your measurements is to take your underbust/ribcage measurement and round it to the nearest even number. This should be your band size. You will then need to work out your cup size for that band. The best way to do that is to take your current bra size and for every band size you go down, go up one cup size. This is because the cup size is in proportion to the band. For example, if you are wearing a 34C bra at the moment, and your underbust measures 29", you will probably need a 30DD bra.
