I'm Irish but still need my USA Passport to go there.

If your are a citizen of a country, you will need their passport to go anywhere.

contact the passport office.

Here is a REAL answer!  No , you do not need a visa to visit Costa Rica, just your passport.  You may go to the website below enter your nationality and destination, then click for the info.  You will see that it tells you you do not need a visa to go to Costa Rica as a tourist.

depends whether u wna work or not, if you wna work id say udo need a visa, if not no, you can go with just ur passport!!
