I am mod of a group but members do not see messages on the site? How do I change that?

A few of my members can not see the messages when they log into the group. They get them via email but when they log in the see Home/Post/etc on the left Not Home/Messages

Is this something I need to fix on my side or their own settings?

management- under group settings click messages- Posting and Archives (Edit)<-- click the edit- scroll to middle page, Archive Options- check members- click save changes

Sometimes Its Very Slow to show up On Group., As long as there getting them Via e mail, Nothing To worry about.  

Unless There on no e mail, Tell all to be on Reg mail till this clears up Or set them to reg e mail yourself & explain why also,  happy new year,
