Please only serious answers. Not the well stop eating answers. Relatively I do not eat a lot and I do not have a lot of time to exercise due to a very busy schedule. Any tips on a diet and simple exercising that is effective would be appreciated. thanks.

  1. Go to www.radiantrecovery.com. it changed the way I ate, it changed the way I felt, it changed the way I looked. I lost weight, feel like a normal person and I know I will never gain the weight back. I went from a size 20 to a size 8. It took me 3 years from start to finish, but 4 years later I'm still fit and healthy......Good Luck.........

  2. High Protein/Low Carb -- the first 2 weeks of the program are rough, but it's really managable once you get past them!

  3. I'd say if you're obese a VLCD (very low calorie diet) would be ok.

Just see your doctor or an expert and discuss something, yahoo answers may not be the best place to find your answer.

Edit: And having no time to excercise is just an excuse, if it was important to you, you would make time for it.
