I am moving across country for medical school, can I deduct these moving expenses?

Nope, sorry, but none of that is deductible.  

Moving expenses for a job change are deductible, however you must be employed full-time for at least 39 weeks in the 12 month period following the move.  That clearly doesn't apply in your case.
