I am nearly 15 and i strive to be in a rugby team, i need to be much bigger by mid summer shall i use cyclone?

Shall i use this product even though i am not yet 16

i am 6.1 and would really like to get into the 1st at my school next year. the only thing stopping me is my size, shall i use cyclone? what are the effects if i use this at a underage

  1. Absolutely not. Leverage is more important than is pure (or impure) strength. Focus on your balance, awareness, and correct form... with proper technique, your tackling can be just as powerful as anyone on the field, without using chemicals.


  2. listen man i was just like you..you dont need to resort to cyclone or any other kind of freak muscle building thing..Eat ALOT....6 small meals a day but make sure you take in more calories then u use...but 3 big ones work as well. drink at least half your body weight in lbs in water..take a multivitamin daily, and eat a high protien snack before you go to bed.  our wer and upper back and your shoulders..lasty your chest room..most important muscles u need in rugby are your legs by far.u get them in great shape and their is no stopping you..followed by y., get plenty of rest, and lifts weights 4 times a week, alternating from upper and lower body.make sure you dont waste your time in the weight...you are barely 16 and you should keep in mind that if you simply worked on improving your footy game that would be much more useful to your coach or team then if u simply were a mass of muscle. I think its really just a lack of confidence why you want to put on this weight. unless you get hurt alot..if you get it out of your head that the only way youll make this team is by gaining all this weight then you can focus more on improving your game. If you would like to use something that is safe i would recommend using creatine before a workout and drink a protien shake after...but its absolutly crucial that you drink plenty of water before and during your workout..
