I am nervous about this at school.?

Ok. so i start school in 5 days. I am kinda a quiet person, some people make fun of me. But anyways i am really worried about lunch this year. There are 3 high school lunch periods. C D and E well last year i had E with all the seniors and this year i think i will have C with mostly all the freshman what do i do if i can't find anyone to sit with that is my friend.

just go up to some one who u sort of now, and just strt talking to them and say do u mind if i sit her. don't worry u well be okay or just eat lunch by ur self until ur comfortable going up to some onr u dont now that well

I remember I sat and ate lunch by myself the first couple of days of school, yes it was a little weird at first but I kind of just dealt with it. When I looked around their were many kids that were doing the same as me. Pretty soon someone just asked if they could sit near me and we started striking up a conversation. Try not to worry about it too much and don't be afraid to sit by yourself at lunch, because if you worry about it you will look like you nervous to be eating by yourself, and hey there is nothing wrong with that. Slap out a magazine or study your course schedule or something, but don't worry about it.

If you want just go up to someone and ask if you can sit with them for lunch. It's all cool ;)

Try and see if anyone you know already has the same lunch period you do.

If there isn't anyone in your lunch period you already know, then I'm pretty sure there are other people in the same situation you are, alone in the cafeteria wanting to find someone to sit with them. See if someone is sitting alone, or a small group of people. Then just ask if it's ok to join them.
