  1. i doubt your stomach ache has anything to do with going vegan—probably just coincidence. i didn't get a stomach ache when i went vegan and i can't really conceive of a reason as to why you would.

  2. This question is pretty much pointless since we don't have a clue what you've been eating and the same goes for what you ate before.

I don't know what you would expect us to do.

If you can't take responsibility for your own diet and health, I recommend that you just eat whatever your mother feeds you so that when you get sick, you can blame her instead of veganism.

If you actually want to eat a balanced vegan diet and stick with it, I suggest that you keep reading(if you're not going to read what's behind the links, don't bother).

Bread, pasta, cereal, rice, beans, peas, lentil, nuts, seeds, fruits and veggies can easily offer everything that you need except B12.

All vegetarians should take a B12 supplement regularly since most people eat meat, dairy AND fortified cereals yet still have a B12 status that is lower than recommended.

It may help you if you see proof that vegetarians have the same potential as anyone else.

If you need meat or dairy during any stage of your life or to live any certain lifestyle, why does the American Dietetic Association say otherwise?

  3. Your body just needs to adjust.

Just try to eat healthy and everything, and take your vitamins and you should feel better.

If it gets worse, go to a doctor,

  4. There should not be any reason. Generally your intestines are cleaned up from garbage and your body system would work well.
