I am new at this and how do you ask question in veterinary forum?cant find anywhere in catagory?

If you are looking for a veterinary group, here's a listing of many such groups. http://groups.yahoo.com/search?query=vet...

When you find one of interest, click on the group name which will take you to that group's home page.  Click on the blue "Join this group" button located near the upper right side of group's home page.  Follow the prompts for joining it.

If you are already a member of one, sign in to that group. Then click "Post" located on left side of page.  Complete the Subject field and type in your question in the larger blank text box. Click Submit.  It might take a little while for your message to appear on the group site so be patient.
