Anyway, generally speaking Irish girls like a man to make them laugh and have fun.

Not sure what other advice I can give you...Get yourself out to some seedy nightclubs or singles nights.

well don't act all desperate because that will chase them away...try going out to social places, just hang out and talk but don't be like "will you be my girlfriend" because that's too much...just try to get to know some girls...

any girl, regardless of whether she's irish or not, likes a guy to make her laugh and just a nice guy who listens and pays attention to her and like to have a good time...
