I am new to ebay. I live in Uk and i bought this book about 10 days ago, i havent recieved the item yet!?

I paid using paypal(didnt have a account back then), now as i proceed with the dispute, the paypal website is not accepting my receipt id ( i just signed up with pay pal). Now I am stuck and dont know what to do! Pleaese help!

You can certainly dispute it on Paypal and get a refund, but I would first contact the seller and see if they put tracking on the package.  Don't forget that books are sent at book rates and can take much longer to arrive.

It's always better to talk to the buyer and try to get it resolved that way before putting in a dispute.

I don't know why you can't log into Paypal anymore.  You should contact them about that also.

Depends where you ordered from and check the persons comments what buyers think about them before buying. Wait a few more days, takes a little bit sometimes with the shipping.

I'm confused.....you had a PayPal account? You have a PayPal account but didn't then?.......just signed up?

I believe you should contact the seller first. Check delivery method next. Common ground or postal can take up to 10 business days.....

Contact eBay through  their Dispute Center next.....then proceed to PayPal no matter when you joined PayPal.....all details given so far are confusing a bit as far as PayPal is concerned.
