The beginning , like if it's for a person then I use their picture . The last page maybe a letter you could write to the person ;)))

Hi, the easiest route is to buy the scrapbook album as others have stated.  If you want your book to be totally handmade there are several different approaches to doing this.  You can buy book board at an art supply store that is specifically for that purpose.  It is just a grayish heavy duty cardboard that you would cover with decorative paper or any other media you want to use to be creative.  You could paint, decoupage, ink, stamp, cover with fabric, just to name a few.  I recommend Yes glue, it comes in a white jar and you paint it on the item to cover in a thin layer.  If you can not get book board any other heavy cardstock or sturdy thin cardboard will do the trick.  There are many different ways to bind the scrapbook, some very easy and primitive, such as just punching two holes in each paper and front and back cover in the same location and then stringing rope, string, rubber-bands, elastic bands, raffia, metal rings, whatever works through all the holes to hold it all together.  Other ways require machinery.

Finally, I would suggest you visit www.hgtv.com and www.diynet.com and do a search on scrapbooks to get ideas and inspiration.  There is no RIGHT way, it is all about creativity and imagination.
