yes it is worth 1 million if matched with boardwalk. don't get your hopes up though, there are only 3 total boardwalks and lots and lots of park places. if you do find boardwalk you will be very lucky.

They probably print fifty billion Park Places to make everyone think they're halfway to the million, and then everyone tries to buy more food for the Boardwalk that is impossible to get.
