I am sure there is a U.S. Consultants i n your country  try there if no luck  write to U.S immigrations

A business Visa does not really allow you to permanently stay and work in the United States.

As an investor, as in buying an existing company with at least 10 employees you would not really be allowed to do hands on work and it would only be temporarily with renewals, you also would be at the mercy of your employees.

Contact your nearest U.S. Consulate General or U.S. Embassy, get an appointment and ask for advice.

You may have a chance to get what you want or no chance at all.

Do not believe in any fairytale people make up about immigrating to the U.S.  There is only one way, it is the proper and official way.

Visas in this class are closed right now for new applications so right now you cannot immigrate under this class.
