i make myself avalible in space when neccesary and can run fast when i commit to making a try. i can kick the ball well, high but not very far. i am good at commiting myself to decitions e.g. tackleing, scoring trys etc. i don't have a certain position, like i said i just make my self availible in space where ever i can find it. i am a good tackler. i can change the game with just the pass of a ball, i am not a big person, i am tall, and agile. i like to be in a communicating team.

where should i go ? what position ? and just general advice on how ton perform better on the pitch ? by the way, i am the cusion of famous rugby star daryl cardiss.

  1. To me you sound like a flanker. You like committing to tackles and be where the ruck and maul situation is. You a good passer so you can even play scrumhalf I'd say

  2. good tackler, makes you something very nice to have in the last line of defence, i would say fullback. But since you can't kick very far, but can kick high, i would put you at wing. If you get a ball, i think you can score easy, so wing or fullback would be best for you i think, with fullback i think you'll get more action, tackles and ability to pass and receive balls, anyways, good luck

i think the best thing for you is fullback, you'd make a good one if you practice your distance on kicks.

  3. You could play number 8. Number 8's need to be able to tackle and are normally pretty quick. They normally do a bit of everything. They tackle, run, pass, occasionally kick.

You could play centre. They need the same skills as number 8's (Except scrummaging, rucking & mauling)

I've played both positions in rugby and have played number 8 in semi-professional rugby for King Country.

Watch Zinzan Brooke play and you'll get an idea what number 8 is like. (Don't worry about the passing or kicking)

About center, just watch Brian O'Driscoll play.
