ok first of all you need to make sure your ID is still active..does it still active?i mean you can check emails and etc.

ok if the ID is ok.then try to sign in.if i not able.change yr setting.at the top left of the messenger window, you will see the messenger menu.click it and click connection preferences.try change the connection.whether no proxies, proxies with firewalls and etc.there are 4 choices.just try each of them.it supposed can let you enter..

if not work then there must be a problem with the service at the moment.try to sign in again after few minutes..
