Try logging in again still if u cannot then as u said the page has page cannot be displayed, now click on tools tab on the top,then the internet options and click delete cookies and click delete files and then click apply and ok and then chk if ur net is connected.... still having problem,,,,,

turn of ur computer and do every thing again
