  1. pushups sit ups and pullups.  the three basic and BEST exercises

  2. This surely works:

    1. Wake up as early as 5:00 in the morning

    2. Do the stretching (neck, arms, body)

    3. sit-ups and push-ups (a little each day)

    4. avoid foods with lots of fat and sugar

    5. do the belly dancing (if you know it)

    6. be disciplined enough to do that without a miss

  3. do pushups beside your bed for the chest and do belly rocking

by lying down belly down reach back grab your feet one in each hand

and rock for 15 minutes from chest to your knees get the rocking motion from rest to rocking full tilt rock by lifting your head and pushing yopur knees to the carpet or the lawn on a warm day

rock lik your belly is the rocking legs of a hobby horse

rocking full tilt rolling from your chest to your knees pushing off the florr with arolling action bucking up your head and then rolling back with your kneees and legs held up behind your bum over your hips

reach back grab your ankles and belly rock and roll using your belly as

the stable foot on the floor or on the ground as you roll up your head into the air back over your legs head over legs and bum then lay back down onto the floor rolling onto ypour chest pressing your knees into the air your bum will want to roll ack onto the ground slowly allowing you to come to a stop slight rocking motion. roll like this for about 15 minjutes three times a day will hardn your abs rock hard and strong.

they do this as a exercise in the marines to get those who are out of shape into fast good shape and breaks a fat gut. to rock hard

strong abs. the secret is three reps a day 15 minutes a time.

  6. I work out with the a group called Strength for Living. Everything we do can be done at home

If you can only do one thing do a push up hold.  The .jpg link below shows the position - start by trying to hold it for 90 seconds and move up from there - you may think it's nothing but trust me..... you'll notice it.

Image is the first link below

Note in the image that Ron's neck is at least straight - never go lower with your head, you can look up but never go lower.

(fyi the guy in this picture is over 50)

You can read more about Strength for Living at http://www.rmsflc.com

  7. ok it only takes 6 minutes!! lets see if i can remember it....do regular crunches, to the left crunches, to the right crunches, bycicles, hands under butt lifting legs, and holding crunch each for 30 seconds and then repeat one more time. I should do that....haha

  8. abs would be crunches. pushups are the best thing to do for chest. do three sets of 20 reps and hands side by side, at shoulder width and far apart.
