  1. I recommend that you create a completely separate ID from Verizon. Otherwise, if you create a 360 space using those Verizon addresses, you will use your 360 space if you ever change providers.

Set up a completely new Yahoo account by going to any Yahoo sign-in page and clicking "Sign Up" on the lower right side (http://mail.yahoo.com , is preferred). Then, stayed logged in as that ID & type http://360.yahoo.com in your web browser's address field (or just type 360 in a Yahoo! toolbar). Start creating your 360 space from there. Click the BIG YELLOW "Get Started" BUTTON on the far right section of that page.

////You should be able to do the following to get into your 360 space, when you've activated your 360:

    - LOG OUT of all Yahoo services

    - Go to http://360.yahoo.com

    - Click the teeny tiny "Sign-in" link on the upper left of the page. After signing in, the page refreshes and you should click on the teeny tiny "Yahoo 360 Home" link on the upper right of the page to get into the 360 space.////

UPDATE: I strongly recommend that you avoid using any Verizon accounts. Start from scratch with a new Yahoo account that YOU create or you will likely run into issues later.

  2. Lets try doing this before we delete or make any new accounts anywhere..

First I need to caution you not to post your phone number in this forum. This site is running over with the teenagers who have just started their summer vacation from school.. and you know teens.. you might even be one. Don't give anyone access to your personal information of any kind on the internet.. telephone numbers have all of that information easily  gotten and maybe used as identity theft.

Now to the problem at hand. Go to your browser toolbar and choose Tools. From the drop down menu choose Delete Browsing History.

When the popup shows itself.. clean everything from your browser internet history.. files, cookies, passwords, forms.. addons from your active x's .. all of it..

Then close your browser .. reopen it..

Okay. do not sign in any other place on the net except here at yahoo using the email address account you wish to delete.

I think that cleaning out your old files and cookies from yahoo probably will fix this for you.

When our browsers get full of files that it uses to surf faster.. it can cause a lot of problems like the one you are having.

When you try to sign in to a different account on yahoo than the one you were using .. even though you sign out of yahoo .. those files are still there.. and they sometimes will stop you from logging back into the site on a different email account on the net anywhere..

Try this and if it does not fix the problem.. then Keys suggestions of deleting the existing yahoo accounts you have with a different email address than one at yahoo are pretty much all that is left to you friend.
