I am not allowed to add another moderator in Yahoogroups. Why?

When going to a member and choosing edit membership, I get this message:

"Your group has the maximum number of moderators allowed. You must first remove a moderator before you add a new one."

Although I am the only moderator. No one else.

go to members list, click moderators, count how many owners and moderators are there. the limit is 15

You may not be given the privilege (by the owner) to appoint another moderator. Contact the owner of your group ([e-mail])
