I am not an Angels fan, but who else looks like a World Series Champion team right now?

Boston, nah.

New York, maybe but...

Cubs, rise to the occasion but occassional flashes of the curse...

Cardinals (My team!), They look drab but occassional flashes of glory...

Brewers, look horrible right now

Dodgers, Don't look great, but look like they have greatness in them

Mets, looks like the team that should win but won't.

Chicago White sox, no way.

Phillies, same as the cards.

The Rays, they are the only other team I see that has that efficiency and coherence that a WS champion team needs. They look to me like the White Sox did when they won it.

So which of these other teams do you think looks like a World Series champtionship team right now.

Not who will win it, but who looks like it right now.

as a milwaukeean even I have to admit the Cubs look like the team.

Milwaukee will never overcome Ned Yost and Ricki Weeks.

Say what you will but Pinella is a smart guy (I just wish he would walk to the mound a little faster), I would say he schooled Yost but Ned wasn't paying attention as usual.

Don't count Detroit out just yet in the AL, but the Angels appear to be unstoppable (nice trade).

whoh there, not champions that's getting too comfy and i don't think any team should be too comfy. The angels are hot and this road trip is one of the best!! I'm lovin it but one game at a time :) It is looking frightening i mean i haven't seen an angels team this good!

if they continue to pitch exceptionally and get runs i think they have a great chance but there are amazing teams out there that might kick their butts ;)

Well if the World Series was held right not, it would probably be the Angels & Cubs but since the WS isn't until October, anything can still happen.  I admit the Angels look great from top to bottom in their line up & the pitching is good too, but can they advance in play offs something that has been a thorn in their spine in recent year but this year could be it & have to wait & see I guess

The Angels are the clear cut favorite in the American League.  The Cubs or Cardinals may be championship material, but it would be stupid to go against the Angels at this point.

I agree the Rays have been the most consistent, but they don't have the experience to get through the playoffs. They're all a bunch of rookies.

I definitely think the Angels will be in it.  They have the best record in baseball right now!

They have an enormous amount of talent.  

I think the national league team will be either the D-backs (although they are lacking), the Cubs, or the Dodgers.

But I think the Angels have a good chance of emerging World Series champs this year.

I agree that the angels are beastly and they are the team to beat.

The yankees are always a contender just because ther the yanks, but they wont make it.

As a whitesox fan i dont think well be in the ws. HOWEVER i also know that we can be a dangerous team in the playoffs. I HAD thought that junior bein added to the team would be like a bad addition. but after tonight i saw that he is, altho older now, still a smart ball player. and still good in the clutch. i also think he will spark the club a bit. the pitching staff will prolly come back into the groove.

now for the whitesox theres one more thing to consider. Paul Konerko. If HE gets into the groove, then we will be very Dangerous in the playoffs.

dont know what to say about your team the cards cus i dont rele know about them. they are my favorite national league team prolly tho. they also have one of the best managers in baseball.

as for the rays. yes they are lookin good. but with the yankees catchin on they may not even make it. i think they will though.

but ya the angels are the team to beat.

ALSO remember that in sports there are miricles and disasters. so just cus the angels are great dusnt mean ther set.

There seems to be a new favorite to win every month.

we'll see. But the frontrunner right now definately looks like the angels.
