I am not familar with Rugby Union lower league so Where does Earth Titans play?

Well, they were called the Earth Titans last season. But since the big sponorship deal in conjunction with Earth Mortgages collapsed. The Earth Titans are now known as Rotherham Titans (which they were known as, prior to the deal with Earth Mortgages). As you may have gathered they are a side from Rotherham in Yorkshire. Where they are currently in National League One (a tier below the Guinness Premiership) and have enjoyed regular stints in the Premiership Tier, over the last decade or so. Earth Titans finished second in the league last season behind the Leeds Tykes (now Leeds Carnegie of course) and are currently doing ok this rugby season.
