  1. Im not fat too actually my the part over my belly is very thin but my thighs are fat! Look in my opinion thats hot. but I didnt like it when I was younger too.. So I did some exercises. Jump. jumping is a good way. jump everywhere in your house, try touching the wall while you walk... run & walk as a sport. All the olympic champions who run are very thin and they have  extremely thin thighs =) so that would work. dont sit so much like a couch potato. dont drink too much coke because it would give you sellulits and big thighs too! I hope this helps

    GOOD LUCK X =)

  2. You cant target weight lose. If you have a large rear but a thin tummy then when you lose the extra weight it will come off the rear.

I would suggest that you try a real solution rather than an easy fix.

The best thing you could do is EAT HEALTHIER and start running, cycling, or doing elliptical machines. Go join the cross country team. not to win but to get training, experience and start your new exercise routine.

To burn fat you will need to do cardio for a good amount of time. I would recommend 45 minutes a day, 3 days a week. You should get into this habitt now because when you get older you will gain weight faster. Next time at the mall look at all the 30-40 year old women. They used to be thin in HS too....scary!

  3. try this.

    good diet and exercise.

    works everytime.

    good luck♥

  4. The only way to solve that is to lose weight. Even though you may be a healthy weight, our bodies have an order in which to deposit fat reserves, but fortunately, that order is simply reversed when it comes to using up fat reserves. Hopefully, any weight you lose should come straight from your thighs. The good thing is you don't have to train your upper legs only, in fact, concentrating on your upper thighs would simply add muscle which might highlight the problem even more. Full body aerobic exercise is ideal; swimming, running, cycling and rowing are the main examples, but you could do anything that involves your whole body and gets your heart rate up for 30-40 minutes 6 days a week. Cutting a few hundred calories from your diet will speed up the process, cut out a snack or two each day and you should be there. Drink plenty of water, water is important for weight loss because it allows our kidneys to do their job and if our bodies don't have enough water, our livers will do it instead, but our livers have more important things to do, mainly converting fat reserves into usable energy.

Keep losing weight until it's been solved or until you come close to the bottom limit of normal weight, whichever comes first.
