For weeks, I've had this bulky "full" feeling in my upper abdominal area. As if food or fat or something is still applying pressure. I fail to feel hungry and I now only eat Once...maybe twice a day with no problem, and the feeling gets worse. Do I have poor digestion or something?

  1. Are you losing weight steadily?  Are you eating enough to have energy and do your normal activities?  I would suggest you contact a doctor.

I have a "poor apetite" sometimes but not for weeks.  I hope you are getting enough fiber to maintain regularity.  Constipation is often the result of not eating enough then it can cause a loss of appetite.

Most of the time I eat normally but when I do have a loss of appetite I make sure that I have enough fiber to maintain regularity and also eat foods that give enough energy.  If it persisted for more than a few days I would contact the doctor.  Hoping you get better soon.
