ok does the women have to tell the man she is pregn ? i no she should and all but does she have 2 ? i an not pregn! just asking

Sure she doesn't HAVE to...it would likely cause a lot of problems if she didn't tell her partner though. Also, he does have a right to know, whether or not he is supportive of the pregnancy.

If she is requesting state assistance (welfare) she will be required by law to name the father. If there is someone to pay for this child, the taxpayers shouldn't have to!
