I am not sure. which one makes the truck run...?

really wierd. If you step on the gas it wont rev up it sounds the same. I don't know what I am doing and this sucks. I have the book if someone could translate! LOL?

It sounds like your throttle cable that connects to the throttle linkage is broken.  This is no big deal, you just need to either re-attach the cable or buy a new one and have it installed.
