Best to not count the days, but just count the good memories and adventures you've had. Don't worry about the sugar. .

I have the same problems, I can't remember anything anymore!  At least when I leave the house I know that I am dressed correctly lol.  Forget everything else, as long as you still recognize yourself in the mirror you are doing great! XOXOX

I am impressed! I can't be bothered counting the number of days I have been on this earth because it is a very LARGE number. Hate math too.

We all concentrate on what interests us. Forgetting to put sugar in your coffee is no biggie. Once you taste it.....you'll know and then you can rectify the situation. Uh........now what's my name?
