I am not window shopping.. ?

i saw a shirt that said "i am not window shopping" and it had a picture of american express, mastercard, and visa.. does anyone have any idea what this means? i do not understand..

it's a sort of irony. he says he isn't shopping but he really is.

Window shopping is a term for just looking at things in stores and seeing what you would like to buy, but can't or is not buying at the time, what it means is they are out shopping and ready to use their credit cards to get what they want/
