  1. There are different visa rules and it depends on what kind of visa you are in Abu Dhabi.

    Your question can not be answered without knowing your nationality, your profession and you visa status in Abu Dhabi.

    There is no "invitation letter" to obtain a visa for Oman. You are entitled to receive a visa up on arrival or your uncle has to apply for your visa at the Immigration Department.
