  1. No.  You cannot get a US drivers license until you have a valid immigrant visa or non-immigrant visa giving you the right to live in the US for an extended period.  So, a visitors visa does not count but work visas or dependent visas do count.  B-2 visa is a holiday visa.

  2. Did you apply for an adjustment of status? I-485? Are you currently in the U.S.? You should have applied for an Employment Authorization Card once you receive it you can apply for a social security card and a driver's license. Good Luck.

  3. I don't understand how you applied for I-130. Because I-130 is filed by US Citizen or US Permanent Resident petitioning their relatives. Foreign nationals cannot file themselves.

  4. If you haven't done so already, you should file an I-485.  With that you can apply for a work permit.  With the work permit, you can get a driver's license.  You cannot get a driver's license in most states with a b2 visa.

  5. You could get deported and a 10 year ban instead! Filing an I-130 while on a B-2 visa is considered prima facie evidence of visa fraud!

  6. No you cannot since you are in a nonimmigrant status you are not entitled to any benefits in the U.S. If you go ahead and obtain a U.S. document you would have done so by fraud. The only exception would be if you filed your 130 for an immigrant classification like k1, k2, k3.
