I am on cycle day 20 and have sore nipples and mild cramp pains after sx. Are these side effects of clomid?

Last month side effects were terrible and very different. Whole b*****s were painful. This time jut the nipples have never had this sensation bfore and would like to know if anyone else on clomid gets pain cramps after O*g*sm.

Yes Clomid can produce a wide range of side effects, depending on which schedule you're on and which dosage. You should definitely mention it to your doctor and make a note of these side effects (in case they get worse or change, because you don't want to take the risk of OHSS) but that sounds pretty normal. Remember also that Clomid tends to delay ovulation by around 4 days.
