I am on probation for a speeding ticket 4 months ago. I got a ticket today, PLEASE HELP!!?

I was put on probation for 4 months(from my first ticket) which ends next week. I got a ticket today going 32 in a 20, which I honestly thought the speed limit was 30! I have to appear in court

what will happen.

what can i do?

I agree with Badash how much over the speed limit were you doing the first time?  I've never heard of getting probation on your first speeding ticket.  I would also suspect prob. violation.  Depending on state probably 30 days && more probation after that.

Start obeying the Law... 32 is still over the 30 you "thought"... if I were on probation, I'd be sure of the limit.

Somehow, I'll bet you think it's unfair that you got 2 tickets so soon? Ummm....

They give the tickets to get you to drive safer.. Two in 4 mos and you did not even know the limit...

It might be best if they take your lisc and keep you off the road until you mature a bit..

I'm sure that you don't like my answer but, suppose someone that had just gotten their lisc and 2 tickets in 4 mos ran over and killed someone dear to you..Even if they thought the limit were higher, would that be enough excuse for you?

If it's considered a probation violation, you might spend some time in jail or maybe house arrest.  What kind of ticket did you get that was so bad they gave you probation...I've never heard of that?
