I am on probation in Minnesota my p.o. is requesting me for early release.what will the judge say?

If the probation officer is recommending it, you have a good chance with the judge.

I think what you mean is you're being switched to "unsupervised probation". It will not be a problem as long as you have fulfilled all your probationary requirements.

When a p.o. requests an early discharge from probation, I have never seen a judge refuse that request.  Never.
