  1. Yep, he's right.  You are required to notify your PO before you actually move.  If you are on probation for misdemeanor's.....  why in the world didnt you tell him!

  2. just tell your probation officer you wish to move, most likely if you have done your probation clean and free with out any violations he will trasnsfer you... tell you have a place to live and a job linned up waiting for you.. it may take a few months to get the transfer through, but as him in the mean time can you have a travel pass to be in Missouri untill the transfer, which mean you would have to still go see him once a month... that is 1 option.. or you can stay in Missouri and just go up there every month to see him as long as he dont know, it'd be a dont ask, dont tell... but dont get cought, he can send you back to jail for your full back up time........ what part of Missouri you move to??

  3. You are required to tell you PO before you move, so it is likely he will have a warrant issued. Once the warrant is issued, your probation is put on hold, so the warrant will not go away in 5 months, it will remain on the system until you are arrested.
