I am on student visa in us my wife rejected for f2 visa they give reason that we have no sufficient balance?

now my wife is rejected for f2 visa they tell that we have less money for our expence in usa even i show $10000 in my account and 25 00000 lacs in my father account.now what we have to do

  1. If you are on a student visa, the visa immigration officer is basing their decision based on your ability to support yourself and your wife without recourses to the public funds for the entire duration of her dependent visa (which I guess is a year in the first instance). That would make you pretty poor financially. Your father's money is not in your account (and not yours to spend), so does not count here.


  2. call the the three credit reporting agencies .ask them to send you a  copy of your credit informatiom they have on you..this should give you some information ..call first to see if they will give you   the  information over the  phone why your wife was rejected.explian as best you can

  3. they base it all on your own merit  not your father or relatives   how long will you remain in the student status  till you complete  yoru education ?? 10;000 USD is enough to live on for  few months
