I am on vacation next week <span title="and..........................?">and.........................</span>

Question

all the money i saved last year for my vacation will have to go into my oil tank this winter so...............i have nothing to do,no where to go.any suggestions?i live on the east coast u.s.a.

What about going on picnics?  Maybe your area has things like &quot;Movies in the Park&quot;. (Pittsburgh does) which are free to the public.  (Ours show things like Harry Potter, The Water Horse, Oceans 13.)  Check to see if your area has a list of events going on that are either free or cheap.

Yeah, isn&#039;t it awful how expensive it is to fill up your oil tank? I&#039;m not looking forward to it, and I&#039;m down to less than half a tank of oil now.

Think about what you like to do for fun and then plan a day trip or an overnight trip with those ideas in mind. You could drive to the shoreline (if you&#039;re not too far away) and take a boat ride and see the sights or just lay out on the beach. Or go to a river and take a boat ride (some boats offer lunch or dinner) or rent a canoe for the afternoon and have a picnic. You could find a vineyard in your State and go for a tour of it and do a wine tasting. How about visiting one of your State&#039;s parks?...call and find what the parks have to offer in terms of activities. See a concert or spend a day at an amusement park. If you like museums or visiting antique homes, there&#039;s probably some near you. Maybe even take a trip on a train to another State and stay overnight at an inexpensive hotel, motel, or inn and see the sights. Or even go camping.
