I am on xanx and 20 mg of prozac! I would like quit the med's!!

I see my self taking xanx more offten then i should any help out there to quit med's

try therapy instead of just taking pills. And have some self control. If you really dont need it, dont take it. Only when your really in a panic

Im on lexapro and of course i dont want to be, but u might need it.

Best make sure ur wings are sturdy b4 removing the fairy dust:)
