I am one of 3 moderators. Currently, just the owner has been able to approve messages.?

Are all moderators able to approve or just the owner? If we are all supposed to be able to approve, then what can I do to correct this?

The owner must give permission to the moderator to approve messages/members.Here is more info about it:

But not all privileges are given to the mods by the owners.

The owner is the one who 'can' grant you that ability, if he wants your help with approvals.

there are 9 priviledges an owner can give to a moderator- and many owners do limit these. there is no set for sure priviledges and owner will give, it depends on owner
