I am 20 years old I have a Roth IRA that is a mutual fund with a low expense ration and it is no load. I also have another mutual that is not an IRA it too has a low expense ratio and is no load. I also have individual Trinity Stock (TRN) as well as 52 ounces of silver that was inherited to me. Does anyone have any idea of further investments. I am currently going to college so it is not worth it for me to enroll in a 401k until i am completed with school.

I was thinking about REIT's or more foreign investments like in Asia...

  2. It depends on what kind of investment advice you will be given here on yahoo answers. It could be investing in income, growth, or value oriented.

Have you tried investing in ETF's? They are like mutual funds in that they are pretty diversified within their own industry (ex. gold ETF: GLD) but act the same way as an individual stock.

You could try investing in some high paying firms such as Terra Nitrogen Company (TNH)or Alliance Bernstein (AB), income investing through DRIP (dividend-reinvestment plan).

    Hope this helps.
