I am opening a coffee house?

Question

I am opening a new coffee house and would like input as to what are your fav flavors and rather you prefer hot or cold. Also capps or lattes

I like cinnamon, vanilla, caramel, and hazelnut. I'm also a vegetarian so you would have to have soy for me :)

I prefer hot, I only drink cold coffee if it's really hot outside.

first take a look at your competition in your immediate  area radius you may want to try selling something they arent carying know your competition  and remember they have been in business long before you, have got to be creative and competitive also think outside the box good luck

Must have Cappuccinos AND Lattes (though I tend to order lattes and in my experience serving espresso lattes seem to be more popular) As for flavors be sure to have all of the basic: Vanilla, Hazelnut, Mocha, Caramel...  then invent something to be your own signature drink. Be creative! Mint, Cinnamon, Butterscotch... make a combo with a catchy name.  Something that stands out and makes people remember YOUR coffee.  Keep em coming back for more! Good luck :)

I see you have alot of answers on flavors.  My group likes to go to a coffee shop that has couches, kind of what it is like on the friends tv show.  Also we really like to sit outdoors in the summer under an umbrella on a nice day or night.  The coffee shop we used to go to had a light lunch menu which was really nice.   I think you need to have hot and cold, depending on the climate.  In NJ we have all seasons, so it varies that way.   Good Luck

Triple mocha breve, hot or cold depending on the weather.  Dilanos Coffee is my favorite.

Don't forget to stock soy milk and soy whip cream.  It is real popular now. I like hot when it is cold outside and cold when it is hot.

I like lattes over cappuccinos.  And I usually prefer cold drinks, like the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf Vanilla Ice Blended w/ no sugar added.  That's my favorite.  Hope that helps.

seasonal ones are always my fav so have a bunch of recipes for xmas and summertime, but don't forget u can have fun with things for valentines day, st patty's day, halloween, or other holidays with colors/sprinkles/candy etc. people will be inclined to try things that are limited time as well.

i used to work at a cafe.

essential flavors: mocha, caramel, white mocha, vanilla, hazelnut, raspberry, almond

i like hot coffee. cold occasionally. you have to have both.

and cappuccinos and lattes aren't that different, except for the amount of foam. i personally like lattes. i'm not really a foam lover. hah.

make sure you have really really good regular brewed coffee too.

some really good drinks to have are raspberry mocha and caramel machiatto. i dont know how to spell that word.

Well in the morning or on a cold day I like hot coffe but on a hot day cold coffe souns better
