I am ordering weapons from a site called TBO-Tech

I am wondering how safe this transaction will be? Does anyone have any experience with this type of thing, or this site specifically? The order is $106, and I don't want to get ripped off. I am going to use my credit card, so worst comes to worst I could stop payment, but I don't want there to be any issues ideally.
