I expect it was a Kestrel or Sparrow Hawk did read a lot of tourist in scotland see them and think they have seen an eagle.

When we went to Scotland for a holiday, Hubby saw one when we travelled by train.

Maybe----- but I doubt it "D", it was probably a Buzzard, they are big, and look a bit like an Eagle. Buzzards have made a fantastic comeback in the last thirty years, they are very common in North wales, I see a couple over my house most days! Hope you are feeling better------ Oh! and just by chance, I'm playing the "Eagles" on the I Pod what a great group, but I bet you are too young to remember them, GRIN!

depends where you live,  but  i have never seen them in the country .but ...i saw heaps of sea eagles while on a camp few weeks back, they were so awesome to see..such  a beautiful bird....but we dont see em at our sea side
