Please advise me what to do? Should my wife apply for citizenship now and than i apply for status change? Or we apply at the same time. I am lost.

  1. Turn yourself in and hope for the best.

  2. When you snooze you lose. They do not fool around with cases like this and you will likely be deported unless you live in SF then you are above any America laws

  3. 5 yrs?????????What happend,do you live under a rock?

  4. Leave the country you are breaking our laws. I have reported you to YA

  5. There is no way for you to be "legalized," not even by marriage to a citizen.  Unless you depart immediately and return to your own country, you are going to be deported.  Your wife will not be able to apply for a spousal visa for you for at least 10 years, which is at least how long you are going to be barred from the US.  Your wife has no choice but to report her marriage to immigration since she is on a green card.  Failure to report this can result in her being deported too.  She should have done this months ago, so she is already in trouble.

  6. There is no way you can get status after remaining in the US illegally for that long. Looks like your fate has caught up with you. There is no way to get status without getting deported.
