I am overweight and am wondering if anyone knows if I will fit on the roller coasters at Canada's Wonderland.

I am 260 lbs, 5'8. We are planning a trip to Wonderland with our children and I want to know specifially if I will be able to ride (if I'll fit) on the Wild Beast, The Great Canadian Minebuster, The Vortex, The Fly and The Bat.

Thank you. Any information to help ease my anxiety would be great. I was mortified to find out that I do not fit on the skyscreamer at Marineland! i don't want to face that again in front of my husband/children.

  1. Most likely, if you can't fit in one ride...most likely you won't fit in another.  I think seats are generally the same size for any coaster.  Anyone please correct me if I'm wrong.

  2. Don't go on Time Warp if you hips are wide.  If you're planning on going on psyclone, there is a 'big seat', which is on the very far side from where you enter, right beside the operator.  Skyrider is good, you'll definately fit on there.

This is from the wonderland website:

Our larger guests may experience difficulty on The Bat, Riptide, Dragon Fire, Drop Tower, The Fly, Ghoster Coaster, Behemoth, The Mighty Canadian Minebuster, Psyclone, Shockwave, Skyrider, Sledge Hammer, Swing of the Century, Thunder Run, Time Warp, Flight Deck, Vortex and Wild Beast.

When you do go, can you update us on which rides you did go on/fit on.
