i am pakisatani, it is almost three years living in spain i got 2 years residence and work permit card,i want to move to canada ,i nead to know how can i do,

1. Find a job. In that case your employer will get you a work permit.

2. Apply for Permanent Residence if you qualify for the point system. But that may take upto 6 yrs.

3. If you have any family in Canada, they can sponsor you.

The fact that you are in Spain is not relevant.

Canada has a strictly enforced points system. Unless you can meet their criteria you will not get a work permit.

The Canadian Government has on on-line test where you can see if you qualify.
