  1. You will have to get a visa from some sort of unofficial "office" of the ROC (Republic of China). The interesting thing is that I checked, and there is not a TECRO (Taipei Economic and Cultural Representative Office) or something like that in Pakistan. There is one in INDIA; I have no idea whether that is the one you should contact. There email is ind@mofa.gov.tw; hopefully they can point you in the right direction.
