As far as I am aware (and can be corrected if I am wrong), whether a visa is required or not depends on your passport (nationality) and not a current visa

As the UK is not part of the Schengen agreement then your current visa holds no weight in the rest of Europe and you will have to obtain the Schengen visa

Normally this would mean visiting the embassy (of the country in Europe for which you will either spend the most time in, or the country of entry) in Pakistan.  

I am really not sure if you can obtain this visa from within the UK.  Best thing to do is to contact the European country embassy in the UK and ask them to ensure you get the accurate information
