The UK and Spain visa's are entirely seperate from one another.  As long as you hold your Pakistani nationality then you will need to apply for a Spanish (Schengen) visa at the Spanish embassy in Pakistan.

If you mean you are currently living already in the UK, then I am not sure that you can obtain it from the UK, but you can always try.  In which case contact the Spanish embassy in the UK (as there are several then see here for details http://spain.embassy-uk.co.uk/)
