I am paying to much for child support, how can i adjust this amount?

Because of this amount I am struggling to take care of my 2 other children who I have with my wife now .

  1. To get the amount adjusted you need to go back to court and get the order amended.  This is not easy to do, and they might not reduce child support just because you have other children.  If a civilized discussion with your ex does not resolve anything, I would contact an attorney.  Most large cities have legal aid societies or the equivalent that can help you for a reduced fee or free based on your income.

    If you are paying over this amount write to the CSA asking that the current amount be reviewed, if they don't change forammy apeal in writing against the decision and get free support from your local CAB
